If you require a more
extensive tailor-made service, following an in-depth discussion, I will

For personal
One-to-One
Training, I
charge:-
●£150.00
for a two hour session.
Evening and Saturday
sessions are available at an additional cost of 15% of the full price of the
workshop.
I do not rush off, and
always give those that are interested the opportunity to stay and ask
questions. I am are happy to talk informally to delegates at the end of the
sessions.
These prices are valid
until 31st
December 2008.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
If you would like to make a

email me to discuss your
exact requirements, suitable dates and availability.
A quotation and contract
will be sent to you, confirming content, prices, dates and times.
Please sign the contract and return it to me ASAP, to confirm you booking.
All bookings are classed as
provisional
until receipt of a signed contract.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED
●Organisation
& hire of any venue

equipment for delegates
●Travel
expenses to training site in excess of 60 miles round-trip will be charged
at 45p per mile.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DELEGATES
The maximum number of
delegates depends on the size of the venue and will not exceed 16, to ensure
personal attention.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in
full no later than 14 days prior to the course start date.
TRAINING VENUE
Crystal Clear Training
expects that suitable training facilities will be made available, to
facilitate the smooth running of the courses.
These should include:-
●An
adequately sized training room.
●The
room blackout should be sufficient for display of projected images.
●Tea
& coffee facilities should be made available.
●Access
for disabled delegates (should this be required).
●Suitable
washroom facilities
●Please
ensure that for any IT training, software is loaded & tested on all
computers prior to the commencement of the course, & that all computers are
able to send documents to a suitable printer.
COURSE CANCELLATION
The following charges will
apply if you wish to cancel a course:
●Up
to 1 month before a course = 10%
●Between
14 days - 1 month before a course = 20%
●Between
1-14 days before a course = 100%
Cancellations will only be
accepted in writing under the terms specified above. Refunds will not be
given for non‑attendance at a course, and the full fee will be payable.
Replacement delegates are accepted without notice. In the event of a change
of course date, venue or cancellation by Crystal Clear Training, you will be
notified 7 days prior to the start of the programme. In these
circumstances, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
Re-Scheduling
A course
booking may be rescheduled or transferred to a later date once only. If this
is within 14 days of the commencement of the course, a payment of an
additional 20% of the course fee will be required .
Subsequent transfers will be treated as a cancellation and the full course
fee will remain payable. No cancellation is permitted of subsequent courses
after the first course has commenced. All re-scheduling requests must be
made in writing.
Liability
Crystal
Clear Training’s liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim
for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the
course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Crystal Clear Training
will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including
loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been
advised of such potential loss.
